Insert#
Inserting the date and time#
- Click [Insert] - [Date/Time]. In the “Category” group, select whether to create a date or time object.
- Select the date and time format you want in the "Format" group.
- To use the date or time at printing, select the [When Printed] check box in the “Date” group. If the check box is cleared, the date or time specified in the “Date” group will be printed.
Adding to/subtracting from the date or time#
A period of time can be added to or subtracted from the currently set date or time. For the date, years, months, weeks, days, hours and minutes can be specified. For the time, hours and minutes can be specified.
- With the “Units” list and “Time Period” box in the “Add/Subtract” group, specify the value to be added/subtracted.
- In the “Add/Subtract” list in the “Add/Subtract” group, select whether the value will be added or subtracted.
Note
- These settings are available only when the [When Printed] check box is selected.
- A preview of new date and time values is displayed in the preview area.
